📄 Aussie ComfortCare™ Extended Warranty – Terms & Conditions

1. Provider

This extended warranty is provided solely by Aussie Stress Free / Koala Global Group Pty Ltd (ABN 11683872782) (hereafter referred to as "the Retailer"). Livemor is not responsible for this coverage beyond their 3-year manufacturer warranty.


2. Eligibility & Duration

  • The Extended Warranty takes effect after the manufacturer’s 3-year warranty ends.
  • Only massage chairs sold by the Retailer and delivered within Australia are eligible.
  • The plan must be purchased within 30 days of the original delivery date.
  • Coverage is valid for private, residential use only.

3. Inclusions

This plan covers:

  • Repair or replacement of covered internal mechanical and electrical components including:
    • Motors

    • Heating and vibration modules

    • Power supply or transformer units

    • Remote controls and circuit boards

  • Associated labour and call-out costs if organised through the Retailer or its authorised agents.

4. Exclusions

The Extended Warranty does not cover:

  • Cosmetic damage (scuffs, fabric tears, discolouration)
  • Damage due to misuse, neglect, unauthorised modification, or abuse
  • Relocation damage, incorrect assembly, or improper use
  • Products used commercially or outside a residential setting
  • General wear and tear (e.g., fading, stitching degradation)
  • Repairs performed by unauthorised technicians
  • Loss, theft, or damage caused by natural disasters

5. Claims Process

To lodge a claim under this plan:

1. Email care@aussiestressfree.com.au with:

  • Order number
  • Description of the issue
  • Photo/video evidence of the fault

2. Once verified, we will:

  • Arrange a service technician to assess or repair
  • Replace defective parts, OR
  • Offer store credit or product replacement if repairs are not feasible

6. Limitations & Conditions

  • Maximum of 1 successful claim per 12-month period.
  • Repairs or servicing must be coordinated via the Retailer or its approved service network.
  • Replacement of full chair may occur only if repair or parts are not available.
  • This warranty is not transferable if the product is resold.

7. Your Statutory Rights

This Extended Warranty operates in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law (Schedule 2 of the Competition and Consumer Act 2010). Our plan does not override or replace your statutory consumer guarantees. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.
