Why does it look flat when it arrives?
Why does it look flat when it arrives?
Your pillow is vacuum-compressed for shipping, so it may look much flatter than the photos when you first open it. Don’t worry — this is completely normal and temporary.
Remove all packaging, gently reshape the pillow, and allow 24–48 hours for it to expand and settle into its intended shape. The foam may take a little longer depending on temperature and how long it has been compressed.
Tip: Give it time to fully expand before judging the height, shape or comfort.
