📦 Delivery Timeframes
Standard Shipping: 6–12 business days
Express Handling (Priority Processing): 4–10 business days

We guarantee delivery within the maximum timeframe below (business days exclude weekends and public holidays):
- Payment Confirmation: Up to 1 business day.
- Logistics Processing: Usually completed within hours, but may take longer during peak demand or when coordinating split shipments.
- Dispatch Time: Typically 1–2 business days, though in some cases dispatch may be delayed to consolidate items into one shipment or due to high order volumes.
- Postal Delivery: Up to 4–12 business days (Standard).
Even if dispatch takes longer, we guarantee your order will be delivered within the maximum timeframe. Many customers receive their parcels sooner.
🔄 Split Shipments
- Orders containing multiple items may be shipped separately.
- Each parcel will have its own tracking number, which will be emailed to you once dispatched.
🛠 Quality & Processing
- Every item undergoes a quality check before leaving our warehouse.
- Some products may be shipped directly from our overseas warehouse, but delivery will still fall within our guaranteed timeframe.
📱 Tracking Your Order
- Use our Track Your Order page on the website.
- Enter your order number and the email used at checkout.
- Most of our shipments are handled by Australia Post. For the most accurate and real-time updates, please check your tracking number directly on the Australia Post website.
- Tracking scans may take 24–48 hours to first appear after dispatch — this is normal courier procedure.
- Please ensure you provide a mobile number during checkout. Couriers require a contact number — if missing, our system will assign a default non-attended number.
🎄 Holiday Season & Public Holiday Delays
During peak holiday periods (e.g. Christmas, Easter, Black Friday/Cyber Monday, and public holidays), courier networks such as Australia Post and our other delivery partners often experience higher than usual parcel volumes.
- Deliveries may take longer than the standard timeframes stated in this policy.
- We recommend placing orders as early as possible during these periods to avoid disappointment.
- While we continue to prioritise fast fulfilment on our end, we cannot guarantee delivery by a specific date once the parcel is with the courier.
