Where It Began
A Personal Search Became Something Bigger.
Amanda's mum had been living with chronic pain, and like any daughter would, Amanda wanted to find ways to make everyday life a little more comfortable for her.
That search introduced us to the world of ergonomic products and thoughtful design — and made us realise just how much the products we use to sit, rest and sleep can influence everyday comfort.
We began researching materials, designs and ergonomic solutions from around the world.
What started as a search for someone in our own family eventually became the beginning of Aussie Stress Free.
"We started by trying to help one person we loved. Then we realised there were thousands of Australians searching for better comfort too."
Then We Started Listening.
As Aussie Stress Free grew, something important happened — our customers started telling us exactly what they needed. Through reviews, emails, messages and thousands of orders, we kept hearing similar frustrations.
And we listened. Those conversations began influencing which products we offered, which features mattered and ultimately where Aussie Stress Free needed to go next.

There are thousands of products we could sell. But that's not the business we want to build.
Instead of chasing whatever product happens to be trending, we've chosen to focus on the areas our customers repeatedly tell us matter. And one stood above the rest: Better Sleep.
That led us deeper into sleep ergonomics — looking at sleeping position, pillow height, shoulder room, materials, temperature and the different ways Australians sleep. Customer feedback helped shape our direction.
It's why we introduced adjustable height. It's why cooling materials became important. It's why we think about side and back sleepers differently. And it's why every new product must earn its place in the Aussie Stress Free range.
