Holiday Shipping Advisory

At Aussie Stress Free, we take pride in delivering your orders promptly and with care. However, during the festive season, the high demand on postal and courier services within Australia may result in longer delivery times. We thank you for your understanding and patience during this busy period.

Peak Period Shipping Delays

During December and January, delivery timeframes may extend to 10–15 business days due to:

• Christmas and New Year’s period (entire month of December and early January)
• Black Friday & Cyber Week Sales
• General seasonal demand

We’re doing everything possible to ensure your order arrives promptly, but delays with courier services can occur. Refunds cannot be issued for delayed shipments as your order will still be delivered via your selected service.

Reduced Customer Support

To give our hardworking team time to enjoy the holidays with their families, we’ll be operating with reduced customer service capacity during this period:

• Response times may be slightly longer than our usual 24–48 hours.
• From 24th December to 2nd January, customer service will have limited availability due to public holidays and team leave.

Our team remains committed to assisting you as quickly as possible despite these adjustments.

Extended Returns Policy

We’ve extended our returns window for the holiday season. Any orders placed after 25th November will be eligible for return or exchange until 31st January. This allows plenty of time to manage any post-Christmas returns stress-free.

Recommended Cut-off Dates for Christmas Delivery

To ensure your order arrives before Christmas, we recommend placing your orders by the following dates:

• Standard Shipping: 11th December
• Express Shipping: 16th December
