Too High? Too Low? Now You Choose.

You've bought soft. Then firm. Then the expensive one.

The problem was never firmness. It was height — and no pillow lets you change it after you've slept on it.

This one does. 14cm or 12cm, set in thirty seconds, in your own bed instead of guessed at on a shelf.

I’ve tried so many pillows over the years, but this is the first one I can actually adjust to the height that feels right for me. I sleep on my side and back, and I’m finally comfortable in both positions.

    Sarah M. • Sydney, NSW
  • Love this pillow. I don't wake up with a sore neck anymore, finding I am sleeping so much better. Gave one to my mum who is also finding it so much better for her.

    Simone B.
  • Waking up fresher and not sore anymore, highly recommend.

Why Height Matters More Than Firmness

There's a shelf in your linen cupboard with two or three pillows on it. Sixty dollars each, used for about a week, never thrown out because it felt wasteful.

Every one of them was a sensible decision at the time.

The last one was too firm, so you went softer. The soft one flattened, so you went firmer again. Someone said you needed a proper side-sleeper pillow, so you bought the tall one — fine on your side, hopeless on your back.

None of that was silly. They were all answers to the wrong question.

Lie on your side and there's a space between your ear and your shoulder.

Something has to fill it. If your pillow doesn't, your neck does — holding your head up for seven hours while you're asleep and can't feel it happening.

Get the height wrong in either direction and you'll feel it the same way in the morning.

Too low, and your head drops. The foam bottoms out under the weight and people call it too soft.

Too high, and your head tips up. Everything feels hard and people call it too firm.

Same pillow. Opposite complaints. One actual cause.

Which is why this one moves.

    Thirty Seconds, No Tools

    1

    Unzip

Unzip the cover along the back edge.

    2

    Lift out the layer

Lift out the 2cm comfort layer. It's one piece — it doesn't shed, and it doesn't come apart in your hands.

    3

    Zip it up

Zip it up. You've gone from 14cm to 12cm.

Put it back whenever you like. There's no wear penalty for changing your mind, and most people change it at least once in the first fortnight.

    Start Here, Then Adjust

Nobody gets this right in a shop. You can only know once you’ve slept on it.

    1

    14cm — Layer In

If you fold your pillow in half to get more height. Broader across the shoulders. Mostly side sleeping. A firmer mattress that doesn't let your shoulder sink. Start here if you're unsure — it's easier to take height out than to wish you had more.

    2

    12cm — Layer Out

If you wake with your chin pushed toward your chest. A slighter frame. Mostly on your back. A softer mattress your shoulder settles into.

    3

    Both, At Different Times

If summer and winter feel like different beds. Plenty of people run 14 in winter under a heavier doona and 12 through summer. That's what it's for.

Still unsure? Message us with how you sleep and roughly your build. We'll tell you where to start — even when the honest answer is the cheaper pillow.

    What's inside

    One Piece of Moulded Foam

No gel, no copper, no cooling crystals. It's memory foam, moulded into a shape — and the shape is the part you're actually paying for.

You'll see pillows sold on gel, copper, charcoal and cooling crystals. We don't add any of that, and we're not going to tell you we do.

What you're paying for is a shape that fits the gap under your neck, a height you set yourself, and 100 nights to find out whether that's true for you.

    One piece, not fill

No shredded foam, no loose filling, nothing that shifts overnight or packs down into a corner by month three. It's a single moulded core, so the contour you buy is the contour you keep.

    Undyed

Memory foam is yellow. Ours isn't bleached or tinted to look like something else.

CertiPUR-US covers what's in the foam and how much it gives off in a closed bedroom. OEKO-TEX covers harmful substances in both the foam and the cover. Neither certification is ours — they're issued by outside bodies, which is the only kind worth quoting.

    “What Pillowcase Actually Fits This?”

A standard case bunches at the wings and you lose the contour you paid for.

So we cut ours to the shape. 62 × 37cm, both heights.

Classic — $27. Soft, breathable, four colours. Cooling Pillowcase — $60. Cut to the same shape, a spare for wash day.

Two is the sensible number. One on the pillow, one in the wash.

100 Nights, and What Happens If It Isn't Right

A fortnight isn't long enough to judge something you use for seven hours a night. So you get a hundred of them, at home, in your own bed.

If it isn't right, we'll change the height with you first — that solves it most of the time. If it still isn't right, we'll swap it for a different model or put it on your account as store credit.

To be straight with you: the trial is an exchange or a credit, not a cash refund. We'd rather get you into the right pillow than take one back. Your rights under Australian Consumer Law apply on top of that and always will.

    Frequently Asked Questions

    check_box

    What pillowcase fits it?

A standard case bunches at the wings. Ours are cut to the shape — Classic at $27, Cooling Pillowcase at $60. Both fit either height.

Because the four you tried were probably all the same height, and height is the thing that decides whether a pillow suits you.

Soft, firm, memory foam, the expensive one — those are all answers about material. If the height was wrong, changing the material was never going to fix it. That's why the complaints come out as "too hard" or "too soft" when the actual cause is that your head is sitting too high or too low.

This one changes height. If the first setting isn't right, you take the layer out instead of buying a fifth pillow.

Whether it works for you is what the 100 nights are for. Most people know inside a fortnight, and about nine times in ten the fix is changing the height rather than changing the pillow.

We get both, which is the clue. It's almost always height rather than firmness. Too high and it feels hard; too low and it feels like it's bottoming out. Change the layer before you change the pillow.

Start at 14cm if you're broader across the shoulders or you mostly sleep on your side. 12cm if you're slighter, or mostly on your back. It's easier to take height out than to wish you had more.

Same contour, same cut-outs, same 62 × 37cm. This one adjusts between 12 and 14cm and uses a height you set yourself; the Ergonomic is fixed at 12cm with high-density memory foam at 35 kg/m³ and costs less.

It ships compressed. Leave it on the bed and it comes to full shape within about 24 hours. If it hasn't, message us and we'll replace it.

It's designed in Australia by our team, then manufactured overseas to that design and quality-checked before it ships to you. We're an Australian-owned and operated business — but that's a different claim to "Made in Australia", and we'd rather be upfront about which one applies here.

100 nights at home. We'll help you change the height first; if that doesn't do it, we'll swap it or issue store credit.

Wash the cover and pillowcase only. Never the foam core.

Unzip the cover, wash it separately on a cold gentle cycle or by hand, and air dry it flat — no tumble dryer, no bleach, no ironing. The same care you'd give any delicate pillowcase.

The memory foam core doesn't go in water at all. It won't dry through, and soaking it damages the structure permanently. If it needs freshening, air it out of direct sunlight.

Don't Buy This If You Sleep on Your Stomach

Genuinely. It won't suit you, you'll send it back, and we'll both have wasted a fortnight.

It's built for side and back sleepers. That's the shape.

If you're a stomach sleeper who wakes up sore, the honest advice is to work on becoming a side sleeper. No pillow solves that position.
