30 Day Guarantee Policy
Aussie Stress Free – 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee & 90-Night Trial Policy

At Aussie Stress Free, we offer wellness products designed to deliver comfort, relief, and support as described on our product pages. However, we understand some products may not suit everyone. That’s why we offer both a 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee and a 90-Night Trial for selected items.
This policy operates in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).
1. Eligible Products Covered
The following product categories may be eligible for the 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee or 90-Night Trial if clearly stated on the product page:
- Ergonomic and Orthopaedic Pillows
- Bedding Products (mattress toppers, weighted blankets, etc.)
- Massagers (handheld, neck, back, foot, full-body)
- Ergonomic Tools (seat cushions, back supports, posture correctors)
✅ Check the product page to confirm eligibility for a guarantee or trial.
2. 90-Night Trial – Pillows & Selected Products
- Products displaying a “90-Night Trial” badge are eligible for this extended trial.
- You have 90 nights from delivery to try the item and evaluate its comfort.
- If it doesn’t feel right, you may return it for a refund to your original payment method.
- Products must be returned:
- In good condition, showing only normal use
- Without stains, odours, or damage from improper use
- Returns that fail to meet these conditions will not be eligible for refund.
- Return costs are the customer’s responsibility, unless the item is faulty.
- Return label expiry: Once your return request is approved and a return label is issued, you must lodge the return within 10 business days. If the return is not lodged within this timeframe, your refund or store credit eligibility under this guarantee/trial will be void, and the return request will be closed.
3. 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee – All Eligible Products
- You have 30 days from the date of delivery to try eligible products.
- For pillows and bedding:
Light use is permitted to assess comfort and support.
- For massagers and ergonomic tools:
Limited testing is allowed, but excessive use or wear may void eligibility.
4. Exclusions – When the Guarantee Does Not Apply
This Guarantee does not apply in the following situations:
- Change of mind (unless trial conditions apply and are met)
- Incorrect product selection
- Misunderstanding of product description or claims
- Products damaged by misuse, improper handling, or unauthorised repairs
- Items that are altered, customised, or tampered with
- Sale or clearance items (unless faulty)
- Products returned with excessive wear, stains, odours, or missing components
5. How to Make a Claim
To initiate a claim under this policy:
- Email us at care@aussiestressfree.com.au within the guarantee/trial period.
- Include:
- Your order number
- Description of why the product did not meet expectations
- Photos or videos if applicable
- Returns must be posted back within 10 business days of receiving the return label.
6. Return Conditions and Costs
- All returns must include original packaging, accessories, and manuals (if applicable).
- Products must be clean, undamaged, and in acceptable condition.
- Aussie Stress Free will provide a tracked return label for approved claims.
- If insurance is required, contact us to arrange (cost is the customer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty).
- Return shipping costs will be deducted from refunds if the product is not defective.
- We are not responsible for loss or damage during transit if insurance is declined.
- Return label expiry: Once your return request is approved and a return label is issued, you must lodge the return within 10 business days. If the return is not lodged within this timeframe, your refund or store credit eligibility under this guarantee/trial will be void, and the return request will be closed.
7. Refund or Resolution
Once the returned product is received and inspected:
- If approved, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method or provide a replacement, subject to stock availability.
- If not eligible, we’ll notify you with further options.
- Shipping charges (including “Protect Shipping”) are non-refundable, unless the product is faulty.
8. Our Commitment Under Australian Consumer Law (ACL)
You have legal rights under the ACL. You are entitled to a refund, replacement, or repair if a product:
- Is faulty, unsafe, or damaged
- Doesn’t match the description or advertised functionality
- Isn’t fit for its intended purpose
