However, we understand that some products may not suit everyone. That’s why we offer a 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee on selected items if they fail to deliver the advertised benefits or comfort.

This policy operates in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).

1. Eligible Products Covered

The following product categories may be eligible for the 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee if stated on the product page:

Ergonomic and Orthopaedic Pillows

Bedding Products (including mattress toppers, weighted blankets, and similar)

Massagers (handheld, neck, back, foot, and full-body)

Ergonomic Tools (such as seat cushions, back supports, posture correctors)

Note: Check the product page for specific eligibility.

2. Trial Period for Pillows and Bedding

We understand that comfort-based products like pillows and bedding may require trial use.

For ergonomic and orthopaedic pillows and bedding:

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to try the product.

If you are not satisfied with the comfort, support, or advertised benefits, you may submit a claim under this Guarantee.

Light use for assessment is allowed. However, excessive wear, stains, damage, or misuse will void eligibility.

For massagers and ergonomic tools:

Usage must be limited to basic testing. Excessive use or product damage excludes eligibility.

3. Exclusions – When the 30-Day Guarantee Does Not Apply

Your claim will not be valid in the following cases:

Change of mind, unless trial conditions apply (as above).

Incorrect product selection (unless a fault or misdescription is proven).

Misunderstanding of the product description or marketing claims.

Products damaged due to misuse, mishandling, unauthorised repairs, or improper care.

Products altered, customised, or tampered with in any way.

Sale, clearance, or final sale items (unless faulty).

Products returned with signs of excessive wear, stains, damage, or missing parts.

4. How to Make a Claim

To claim under the 30-Day Guarantee:

Provide:

Note: Claims made after 30 days of delivery are not eligible.

5. Return Conditions and Costs

Returns must include all original packaging, accessories, and manuals (if applicable).

Products must be clean, undamaged, and in acceptable condition.

Aussie Stress Free will provide a tracked return label for approved claims under this 30-Day Guarantee.

If you require additional insurance for the return shipment, please contact us to arrange it. Any insurance cost is the customer’s responsibility unless the product is faulty.

If the return is not due to a faulty or defective item, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

We are not liable for any damage or loss during transit if no insurance is added.

6. Refund or Resolution

Once the returned product is received and inspected:

If the claim is approved, we will issue a refund to your original payment method or offer a replacement (based on product availability).

If the product is not eligible, we will notify you and offer further options.

Note: Shipping charges (including "Protect Shipping") are non-refundable, except where the product is faulty or defective.

7. Our Commitment Under Australian Consumer Law (ACL)

This Guarantee does not replace your statutory rights under the ACL. You are entitled to a refund, repair, or replacement if a product:

Is faulty, damaged, or unsafe

Does not match the description or advertised features

Is not fit for the intended purpose
